Help us bless the orchard for a good harvest in 2020. There will be fire, music, traditional songs and wassail ceremony plus of course mulled and draught cider. Join us on either night, any time from 8.30 for music and cider around the fire. The wassail ceremony will take place around 10pm. Wassail!!

15 August – Orchard Banquet at Barley Wood Walled Garden
Expect multiple delicious courses with the best of summer’s produce (grown on site at Barleywood Market Garden), and a choice of puddings; all vegan, seasonal and cooked with care.
The dinner will kick off with an orchard tour and optional cider tasting, with an opportunity to learn all about traditional cider making. For more details and full menu see here.

27 July – Sea shanties and cider
The fantastic High & Dry sea shanty singers will be joining us for an afternoon of salty harmonies and cider drinking. Don’t miss it.

For the second year running we are hosting an event as part of the Bristol Food Connections fortnight. Join us for an educational orchard tour and guided tasting of the full range of our ciders including exclusive tasting of some of our limited release 2018 ciders.

We will be open for a morning walk around the orchards and tasting as part of the Bristol Cider Salon weekend of events.
